Hair Loss

Hair loss can be very distressing, embarrassing and a cause of great anxiety. There are many myths surrounding the causes of baldness, but the truth of the matter is that both men and women suffer from hair loss for a variety of reasons including stress, fungal infection, poor circulation, genetics and, of course, good old fashioned age .

Do the following acupressure for hair loss:

1 : Use your fingers to comb through your hair 60 times, twice a day.

2 : Use both of your hands to hold both sides of the head and gently push the skin on the scalp towards the top of your head 60 times, twice a day.

3 : Use your index and third fingers to rub and knead your head. Move your fingers continuously, as if drawing a small circle, from the forehead to the top, down to the back of the head. Then start from the forehead to the temple down to the back of the head. Each round lasts one or two minutes.
